Week of 1/11/10

We will be discussing the book The Great Gatsby. We will trace the roots of the Roaring 20’s and how Fitzgerald’s masterpiece came to symbolize a decade of excess. We will read the book both in class and at home. We will also view the film in segments to match up our readings.
